ReplyDeleteI have a telekom fixed line residential 020-3753868 which is dead every one month since i got it 2007 so i would like to terminate the services and get my refund immediately as telekom still operates in a pathetic way although taken over by orange.

ReplyDeleteone defining difference between Orange customer care and the likes of Safaricom is that they (Orange) are reachable but will never sort out your issues. On the other hand safaricom lines are always busy but once it goes through, you are most likely to get a solution.

ReplyDeleteI bought an orange line on 15/05/2015 but currently its being used by my house girl. She has been called severally today by this number-0772 727425 telling her that the line has won 20,000/= by buying and loading a scratch card. Do you have promotion of that kind?

ReplyDeleteHi, I'm an Orange customer and I have always trusted in you guys even the internet I use is for orange but I think you are kind of thieves and you have pathetic services I have ever seen, I opted to use orange but now I can see why people still use safaricom and airtel, Am now thinking to terminated myself from you guys and continue with safaricom. This evening I asked someone to buy for me orange airtime through his safaricom line, I gave him the paybill numbre and account number but all I could get was stupid messages from you that the transactions has failed, two times failing? I think you are up to know good, I wonder how many people has suffered like I did. My line is for business and once you do like this you are affecting my business, what do you expect us to do? my number is 0770116735, if you want me to continue with you guys, you must find a solution asap and the transaction has to go through.
