Safaricom, has partnered with the County Government of Elgeyo Marakwet to roll out an innovative digital platform known as the myCounty app. The goal of this collaboration is to streamline county operations and services through a convenient, single access channel.
Thanks to the myCounty app, citizens can now effortlessly access a range of county services, including parking payment and single business permits. Additionally, the platform will provide residents with emergency services such as ambulance, police, and fire services with the tap of a button.

The app will be hosted on Safaricom’s Cloud infrastructure, which will provide Big Data and Analytics Solutions, as well as digital receipts and electronic notifications for users.
